Kim Edward Koger, M.D., F.A.C.S, a native Floridian, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from the Duke University School of Medicine where he preformed basic science research at the Duke University Plastic Surgery Research Laboratories. He completed a five year residency in general surgery at Stanford University Medical Center. Dr. Koger returned to Duke Medical Center to complete his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Upon completion of his plastic surgery residency he completed a hand surgery fellowship at The Kleinert Institute of Hand and Microsurgery. He is board certified, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Inc. and of the Palm Beach County Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Inc. He is a staff member at the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery at Jupiter Medical Center and Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Dr. Koger has lectured both nationally and internationally on topics in plastic surgery and has published numerous articles in plastic surgery literature. He has a special interest in facial cosmetic surgery and breast surgery. |
