Mr. Lasater was born in Colorado Springs, and has recently returned to Colorado from Pennsylvania, where he practiced for two years with a regional law firm. His counseling and litigation practice included a broad spectrum of civil matters, including: commercial litigation, labor and employment counseling and defense, government contracting, and construction and surety law. During law school, Mr. Lasater served as law clerk to The Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr., of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Also during law school, Kieran served as the Executive Editor of the Penn State International Law Review, in which his comment, "A Survey of the Domestic Approaches to Antitrust Taken by the OPEC Member Nations: Do They Practice What They Preach?, was published at 23 Penn St. Int'l L. Rev. 413 (Fall 2004). He was inducted into the Woolsack Honor Society and was also the recipient of the Adele and Leonard R. Blumberg Scholarship. Mr. Lasater is a member of the Bars of Colorado, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His practice presently focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation, as well general civil litigation. |
