Kevin Wilson, Senior Vice President, ISM, has been with Teltronics since November 2000. In his tenure with the company, Mr. Wilson has worked in executive positions heading up the Contact Center and VoIP product lines. With a background in hardware/software engineering, he has extensive knowledge in Communications, IVR, Contact Centers, Product Management, Development, and International Sales/Marketing. Mr. Wilson's prior positions include Managing Director (President) for a UK operation and EVP of Engineering, as well as Product Management and Business Development for a division of Thermo-Electron, and Vice-President, Engineering, and Product Management roles for an Atlanta based .com company.
