Kevin's business experience includes fifteen years in public accounting, including twelve years in one of the country's fastest growing CPA and Consulting firms, FERS Business Services, where he served as Partner in Charge of the Small Business Group as well as CFO and a member of the Executive Committee. Kevin also spent four years as the Chief Operating Officer and National Director of Consulting Services for the Practice Development Institute. Certified in Merger & Acquisitions by the Alliance of M&A Advisors, Kevin has completed a number of transactions over the last five years in a variety of industries. Additionally, he specializes in strategic planning and CFO services to a wide range of businesses with an emphasis on manufacturing, distribution and professional service firms.
Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant, a graduate of Northern Illinois University and holds an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management, with a specialization in accounting and finance. He is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society, the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (AMAA) as well as the Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries (MBBI).
