Kevin joined ORIX in May 2000 and served initially as a principal in the Merchant Banking group, focused on private debt and equity financings. He is a co-founder of ORIX Venture Finance, and has managed its operations since inception. Trained as an attorney, Kevin also has a background in mergers and acquisitions, securities law and asset sales. He was formerly employed by Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in its Financial Institutions Group. Prior to that, Kevin served as a U.S. Army officer and as a U.S. Department of State official. Kevin received his B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy, his Ph.D. in political science from Harvard University, and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. |
