Kevin Reidy provides mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and financial advisory services to clients of the Telecommunications Group with a concentration on companies in the mobile and broadband wireless sectors. Since joining Daniels & Associates in 1998, he has lead or facilitated more than 70 transactions with an aggregate deal value of over $3 billion in most every major sector of the telecommunications industry. Mr. Reidy has been involved in more than 40 cellular and PCS transactions ranging in size from $1 million to nearly $1 billion. He is an industry leader in the nascent broadband wireless sector working with licensed and unlicensed operators and spectrum owners, both domestically and in international markets. He is intimately familiar with WiFi and WiMax business models and has worked with providers and investors who target the residential, commercial and/or hospitality verticals. He is an active member of the Wireless Communications Association (WCA) and Rural Cellular Association (RCA). Prior to joining Daniels, he spent nearly ten years at Price Waterhouse advising clients in a variety of industries. His clients included communications, technology, natural resources and mutual fund companies ranging from venture-back start-ups to Fortune 500 public companies. During his professional career, Mr. Reidy has participated in well over 100 mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate finance transactions (including recaps, high-yield offerings and IPOs). Mr. Reidy is a graduate of the business school at the University of Colorado, where he earned a bachelors degree in accounting. He is a member of the board of directors of Beacon Center, a Denver-based non-profit organization that provides residential care, education and treatment to troubled teenagers, and sits on the finance committee for The Children’s Hospital. |
