Kevin practices in areas of complex and industry-wide litigation. This includes contract, casualty, healthcare, bad faith, insurance, reinsurance, ERISA, commercial litigation and product liability cases. His practice involves a wide range of medical issues in diverse cases brought against healthcare entities, insurers, and pharmaceutical companies. Kevin has served as National Trial Counsel for a major computer manufacturer and has coordinated the defense of companies facing industry-wide litigation. In addition to Kevin's active trial practice, he lectures frequently and teaches trial techniques. He was admitted to practice in Colorado in 1980 and is admitted before the United States District Courts, Districts of Colorado and Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. He has been admitted pro hac vice before the United States District Courts in the Districts of Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania. Kevin received his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law in 1977 and his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Notre Dame in 1975. |
