Mellander has been involved in customer support and services for almost 20 years. He has previously worked for large corporations such as Apple Computer where he served in Developer Services and as manager of Apple's Software Configuration group. He has also served as manager of several Bay Area pre-IPO companies. Mellander joined Allegiance in March of 2007 and directs the Customer Care team and program, working to continue the company's top-notch customer support, as well as growing and improving the company's client support services and tools. He holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis and is a credentialed instructor. |
