Mr. McCaffrey has been an associate in the firm's Litigation Department since 2001. He handles products liability and mass tort litigation in several jurisdictions, as well as general insurance defense litigation, including regular appellate practice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCaffrey was an associate with a Long Island medical malpractice defense firm, and served as law intern with the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, Integrity Bureau, the New York State Supreme Court, Criminal Term, Queens County, and the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department. He also served as an editor of the New York International Law Review, and has authored several articles on international legal developments. |
