Kevin Lo is the General Manager of M2Z Networks with overall responsibility for business development, operations and technology functions. Prior to joining M2Z, Mr. Lo was the CFO and COO of NaviSite (NASDAQ:NAVI) where he led the successful turnaround of the managed applications services company and the stock price from a low of $0.80 to over $8.00 at the end of his tenure. Mr. Lo led a refinancing of the company, implemented a restructuring plan that took the company from losing $200M/year to profitability, and then guided the company through acquisitions and operational integrations of 5 market competitors during which the company tripled its revenue base and number of customers. Prior to that, Mr. Lo was the founder and CEO of X-Collaboration Software Corp (XCSC), an award winning Software as Service company that was acquired by Progress Software (NASDAQ:PRGS) in 2000. Previously, Mr. Lo was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Boston and China and earlier in his career got his start writing software as a research associate at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory of NASA. Mr. Lo received his BA from Harvard University where he was a Harvard National Scholar. Mr. Lo is board member of several technology companies; he has an active interest in technology-in-education initiatives and is also an avid tri-athlete. |
