Kevin Kreitzman is a Principal in the ERS Group Emeryville office. He has over twenty years of experience in financial-economic modeling in both litigation and non-litigation environments involving a wide variety of industries. He has testified as an expert witness and conducted complex damages studies involving fraud, mergers and acquisitions, 10(b) class actions, distributor termination, environmental issues, fraudulent conveyance, breach of contract, patent infringement, trade secrets, professional malpractice, sales practices, breach of fiduciary responsibility, tax liabilities, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, antitrust, and intellectual property. Prior to joining ERS Group, he was Director in the Forensics and Litigation practice at KPMG LLP . Mr. Kreitzman has also worked as a Chief Financial Officer, an investment banker, and a pension fund consultant. He is a frequent lecturer and instructor at universities in the San Francisco Bay Area and received his MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. |
