Dr. Koch is a Co-Founder of Array and has served as President, Chief Scientific Officer and a member of the board of directors since May 1998. Prior to forming Array, Dr. Koch was an Associate Director of Medicinal Chemistry and Project Leader for the Protease Inhibitor and New Leads Project Teams for Amgen, Inc. from 1995 to 1998. From 1988 until 1995, Dr. Koch held various positions with Pfizer Central Research, including Senior Research Investigator, Project Coordinator for the Cellular Migration and Immunology Project Teams. From 1998 until 2003, Dr. Koch was an elected board member of the Inflammation Research Association. Dr. Koch received a B.S. in chemistry and biochemistry from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and a Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry from the University of Rochester. |
