Mr. Jenkins joined NorthMarq Capital’s Charlotte Regional Office as Vice President in March 2004. Mr. Jenkins is responsible for the origination, structuring, placement, closing and servicing of commercial real estate debt and equity for life insurance companies, pension funds, banks, agencies and Wall Street sources. Prior to joining NorthMarq, he was Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for Central Carolina Bank where he was responsible for the origination of construction and permanent loans for the bank’s portfolio. Prior to Central Carolina Bank, Mr. Jenkins spent two years with First Union and six years with Home Federal Savings and Loan in their respective real estate departments. Mr. Jenkins has over ten years experience in lending for the acquisition, development, bridge, construction, permanent and refinance of commercial real estate projects. Mr. Jenkins received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Clemson University. Mr. Jenkins is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. Mr. Jenkins is a licensed real estate broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina and he has received the CCIM designation. |
