Kevin Houser leads the initiative in expanding Dunkin' Donuts presence in Airports, Colleges/Universities, Big Box Retail, Grocery, Hospitals, Stadiums and Arenas, and other nontraditional venues. Prior to joining Dunkin' Brands, Houser was the Chief Operating Officer with OTG Management, an airport restaurant organization. With OTG, he was responsible for all facets of operations and administration in this $50 million-a-year organization. Prior to OTG, Kevin was Regional Vice President at CA One Services for 10 years, where he was responsible for Food & Beverage, News & Gift, and Duty Free Operations. His significant accomplishments at CA One include contributing to double digit revenue increases, chairing product development committees, developing a customer service training program, and leading the implementation of a significant technology initiative. Prior to CA One Services, Houser also held various management positions at Marriott Corporation, Chelsea Catering Corporation, and Sky Chefs, and served as an adjunct professor in Hospitality Management at Bucks County Community College in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Houser has a B.S. in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. |
