Kevin Funk Kevin is an associate in Cantor Arkema’s commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups. Prior to joining Cantor Arkema, Kevin was an associate with Kutak Rock LLP where he focused on the representation of creditors in commercial loan workouts and the representation of Chapter 7 trustees in bankruptcy, among other aspects of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Kevin is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Virginia and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. After graduating from law school Kevin clerked for the Hon. William F. Stone, Jr. in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia. He graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond law school in 2003, where he served as Articles Editor of the University of Richmond Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Lee University where he majored in Politics. |
