Kevin Elliott is senior vice president of Merchandising and Logistics for the company’s category management, fresh foods, marketing and logistics including its network of 24 combined distribution centers in North America.
He joined 7-Eleven in 2001 as director of wholesale operations and served the company in category management and procurement roles. Previously, Elliott served vice president of merchandising for non-foods, beverages, services and processed foods.
Before joining 7-Eleven, he held executive-level merchandising and procurement positions at The Webvan Group and Fleming Companies Inc. Elliott holds a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from Missouri State University and a MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
