As a management consultant, Kevin Dowling works with clients on systems and best practices for hiring and development. His primary focus is the assessment and development of management-level employees. In addition, he supports clients using selection systems for hourly employees. Kevin partners with clients to help them maximize the use of assessment tools and provides them with valuable feedback to assist in training and developing leaders.
Kevin comes to Batrus Hollweg with extensive experience in training and development as well as consulting around industrial/organizational psychology. He has worked in call centers, technology organizations, and the aerospace industry in a variety of functions including leadership and supervision. In addition, he has administered training programs and created materials geared toward such topics as communication, customer service, and conflict resolution.
