Kevin Czerwinski is Senior Vice President of Development for First Industrial Development Services’ Gulf/Mountain and West Coast regions. In addition, he oversees acquisitions, dispositions, operations and asset management for First Industrial’s Phoenix region. He has more than 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining First Industrial, he was with CB Richard Ellis for 13 years, having served as First Vice President of Corporate Services. Mr. Czerwinski is a licensed real estate broker and received his Bachelor of Science degree in General Business Management from Arizona State University. He is a current member and former board member of the Phoenix chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Valley Partnership and CoreNet Global. |
