Mr. Cudney is a senior partner and co-chair of the Corporate & Securities Group of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, a regional law firm with 175+ attorneys and offices in Denver, Washington, D.C., Las Vegas and Albuquerque. Prior to joining Brownstein, Mr. Cudney led the Western states regional corporate and securities practices of two national law firms. Mr. Cudney specializes in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. Over his career, he has contributed substantial time and energy to capital formation and commercial transactions for start-up and development stage businesses. Mr. Cudney currently sits on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement, Longmont Entrepreneurial Network and CTEK Denver Ventures at Stapleton.
