Kevin Costello is an attorney at Dwyer & Collora who represents clients in all of the firm's practice areas, including criminal defense, employment, health care and complex civil litigation.
Mr. Costello has been involved in litigation for over six years. Prior to joining Dwyer & Collora, LLP, in 2007, he served as the staff attorney for the Elderly Law Project of Community Legal Services in Philadelphia, PA. There he represented low-income seniors in health care litigation matters, including serving as co-counsel in a successful settlement in a federal class action suit.
Mr. Costello also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Francis X. Spina of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and to the Honorable Joseph H. Rodriguez in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Costello represents corporate and individual clients in all aspects of complex civil and criminal litigation in federal and state court, including business and malpractice, and health care fraud cases. He represents clients before state agencies including Board of Registration in Medicine, Board of Bar Overseers and Parole Board. He defends individuals and corporations in numerous federal and state matters, including health care fraud, bank fraud, securities law violations, and government contracting fraud.
Recent Cases:
Represent commercial lenders relating to professional liability claims brought against accountants who audited borrower’s financial statements.
Represent national bank in $20.0 million negligent misrepresentation case against independent public auditor. Case arises from audit of borrower’s financial statements which concealed the existence of impaired leases and loans.
