Kevin has served as lead financial advisor on over 50 sell-side and buy-side and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions. Kevin's capital markets experience is equally extensive and includes assisting early stage and growth companies in raising equity capital, serving as financial advisor on initial public offerings, and refinancing and restructuring of senior and subordinated debt capital for distressed companies. Kevin's transactional experience covers a wide range of industries across the middle market. Kevin is also the Managing Partner and founder of Fort Dearborn Partners, Inc., the middle-market management consulting affiliate of Fort Dearborn Advisors, LLC. Prior to founding Fort Dearborn Partners, he managed the Corporate Finance Group of Grant Thornton. Kevin earned a BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of several boards. |
