Kevin is responsible for the strategy, go-to-market execution and business operations for IPcelerate. Kevin has 25+ years experience in executive and management positions in the voice and data communications market, and has worked for convergence pioneers such as ROLM, VMX and IBM. Kevin was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Selsius Systems when Selsius was acquired by Cisco Systems in 1998. Kevin headed up the market development organization at Cisco Systems in then Enterprise Voice Video Business Unit from 1998-2002
Kevin is the author of two books: IP Telephony Unveiled (published by Cisco Press in January 2004), and A Friendly Guide to LANs, WANs and Internetworking (published by Intecom in 1994). Kevin was recently mentioned in the December 19, 2005 issue of BusinessWeek as one of the Best Managers to watch for in 2006. He serves as an advisor on the board of directors for the Ivan and Sam Foundation, and is co-founder of the First Things Foundation, both non-profit organizations focusing on pediatric cancer and scholarships for disadvantaged youth, respectively. |
