Mr. Berry joined CMD in March 2006 as CFO with over 25 years of financial experience in technology industries. Immediately before joining CMD, Mr. Berry served as consulting CFO for several technology companies. Prior to that Mr. Berry was CFO for SteelEye Technology, ConnectInc.com and Award Software International, where he led its IPO.
Mr. Berry has a BS and MBA from New York University, both in finance. |
