Kevin Ainsworth is a partner with GuideCap and brings significant experience in public company mergers and acquisitions, company valuations and fairness opinions. Prior to GuideCap, Mr. Ainsworth was a Principal with Alliant Partners (acquired by Silicon Valley Bank), a technology mergers and acquisitions investment bank headquartered in Silicon Valley. During his tenure with Alliant Partners, Mr. Ainsworth focused on software, hardware and semiconductor sectors. Prior to Alliant, he was V.P. of Business Development for a wireless networking company where he oversaw acquisitions, structured strategic partnerships, and developed joint ventures. Previously, he was an auditor with Ernst & Young in the Entrepreneurial Services Group, serving middle-market and fast growing companies. Mr. Ainsworth received a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from The University of Texas in Austin, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds an Accreditation in Business Valuations (ABV). |
