Mr. Lynch has been a director of the Company since June 1994, and is a member of First Industrial Realty Trust’s Audit and Nominating/Corporate Governance committees. Mr. Lynch is the co-founder and Principal of The Townsend Group (Townsend), an institutional real estate consulting firm, which provides real estate consulting for pension funds and institutional investors. In his capacity as Principal, Mr. Lynch is responsible for strategic development and implementation of client real estate portfolios. Mr. Lynch is also responsible for new product development. Prior to founding Townsend, Mr. Lynch was associated with Stonehenge Capital Corporation, where he was involved in the acquisition of institutional real estate properties and the structuring of institutional real estate transactions. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Lynch served on the Board of Directors of Lexington Corporate Properties. He is a member of the National Real Estate Advisory Board for the Real Estate Center at New York University, the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, and the Pension Real Estate Association. |
