Kevin V. Simon is an associate in the firm’s tax practice group and concentrates his practice in the areas of tax planning for companies and individuals, structuring business transactions, and general corporate and business law. Attending the University of Dayton, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In addition, Mr. Simon earned his J.D. from the Vanderbilt University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation law from New York University School of Law. While at Vanderbilt University, he served as Assistant Editor for the Journal of Transnational Law. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Dayton, Ohio, and American Bar Associations and licensed to practice in Ohio and Illinois. He has been named an "Ohio Rising Star" in Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine. |
