Kevin is a Managing Director and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for The Silverfern Group. He brings over 14 years of senior Mergers and Acquisitions experience to the Silverfern team. Kevin's primary areas of expertise include advising companies in the Media and Telecommunications, Healthcare, Technology, Transportation, Consumer and Business Services industries.

Prior to joining The Silverfern Group, Kevin was most recently Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for Banc of America Securities' Media and Telecom practice based in New York, where he assisted in hiring over 50 professionals and led client execution teams through over $9 billion of buyside, sellside and restructuring transactions. His experience includes both US domestic and cross-border M&A activity.

Prior to Banc of America Securities, Kevin was an officer in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., where he was a founding member of the firm's Healthcare Services practice and established Morgan Stanley's high yield practice in Healthcare. Before Morgan Stanley, Kevin worked with Lehman Brothers in their Healthcare Group, where he focused on IPOs, equity and debt offerings and Mergers & Acquisitions for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical technology companies.

Kevin is a Partner of Silverfern affiliate Silverfern Co-Investment PartnersTM. He is a former Director and Finance Committee Chairman of JazzReach, a charitable organization focused on educational programs for children. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
