With more than 15 years of experience working and investing in the real estate industry, Mr. Falsken is a California State General Certified Real Estate Appraiser, and belongs to the National Association of Real Estate, Council for Private Post-Secondary & Vocational, is an Appraisal Institute general associate member, and a California Real Estate salesperson.
As an investor Kevin focuses on identifying good locations, high demand properties and value added deals. Professionally, Kevin has experience in all types of residential and commercial real estate appraisal, report writing in both form and narrative formats, experience in highest and best use and feasibility studies, and he is a municipal court expert witness.
His company Cal Resco, currently appraises more than 50 commercial, industrial and residential properties per month; approximately $50 100M per month in total valuation or $600 million to $1 billion per year. Cal Resco's major clients including Citibank, US Bank, United Commercial Bank, Farmers & Merchants Bank, IMPAC, Commercial Capital Bank and GreenPoint Mortgage.
Kevin attended Appraisal Training Services, Inc., The Appraisal Institute, and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business (Real Estate/Finance) from California State University of Long Beach.
