Mr. Derham is a member of the Semmes’ Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on Civil Litigation, Construction, Toxic Tort and Environmental Litigation, Insurance Defense, Products Liability and Maritime Law. Mr. Derham is a magna cum laude graduate from Clemson University. He received his Juris Doctorate (magna cum laude) from Tulane University in 2000 where he graduated Order of the Coif with a Certificate in Admiralty and Maritime Law. Mr. Derham relocated to Maryland in December, 2007 from New Orleans, Louisiana, where he practiced in all Louisiana State Courts, Louisiana Federal Courts and the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Derham is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
