Mr. Pinegar is a founder of the firm. He currently serves as the President/CEO of the firm and Chairman of the firm's Board of Directors. He has experience in a wide range of corporate, securities, business, and international transactions. Mr. Pinegar recently returned from a leave of absence from the firm from June 2004 through July 2007, where he served as a mission president for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Seattle, Washington.
