Kevin R. Fox joined Willbros in 1991 as an engineer. He was promoted to Vice President and General Manager Tulsa Operations at Willbros Engineers Inc. in 2006 and he is responsible for all project and technical functions including field services. During the past 15 years he has performed various engineering functions managed EPC projects directed multiple-project programs and held positions of Manager of Projects and General Manager Tulsa Operations. From 1987 to 1991 he was employed by Butler Manufacturing Company as a structural engineer. Mr. Fox is a registered professional engineer in 22 states and is a certified Project Management Professional. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri. Currently he is serving as President of the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa. |
