Kevin P. Walgreen is senior vice president for Walgreen Co., overseeing store operations in the southern region.
While still in high school, he began his Walgreen career in 1979 as a clerk/stockman. He received a B.S. degree in psychology from the University of Michigan in 1984, and was promoted to an assistant manager that year. He was named a store manager in 1986 and a district manager in 1988. He became a vice president in 1995 and was promoted to his current position in 2006. He is the great-grandson of Walgreens founder, Charles R. Walgreen Sr. |
