Kevin is a partner in the business law department and he currently co-chairs the private equity and mezzanine finance practice group. His practice consists primarily of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, merchant banking, and corporate law. Kevin served as a law clerk to the Honorable David A. Ezra, United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.

Represented private equity fund in selling preferred and common stock investment in connection with $380 million recapitalization of telecommunications company.
Represented lead financial institution in purchasing equity and subordinated debt in connection with $143 million leveraged recapitalization of manufacturing company.
Represented specialty chemical company in connection with $120 million acquisition of British company and related financing.
Represented manufacturing and distribution company in build-up involving over fifteen domestic and foreign acquisitions.
