Kevin P. Collins has served as a director since March 2000. Mr. Collins has been a Managing Member of The Old Hill Company LLC, Westport, Connecticut, which provides corporate financial and advisory services, since 1997. From 1992 to 1997, he served as a principal of JHP Enterprises, Ltd., and from 1985 to 1992, he served as Senior Vice President of DG Investment Bank, Ltd., both of which were engaged in providing corporate finance and advisory services. Mr. Collins has served as a director of Key since March 1996; a director of The Penn Traffic Company, Syracuse, New York, a food retailer, since June 1999; and a director of London Fog Industries, Inc., Seattle, Washington, an outerwear designer and distributor, since 1999.
