Experienced in public reporting and disclosure responsibilities of boards and executives.
Experienced in Director and Officer insurance, indemnification and other protection against board and executive liability.
Provides counsel to emerging businesses by assisting with organizational structure, financing and capital raising efforts and issues involving intellectual property, licensing, employment and real estate matters.
Served as litigation counsel for emerging businesses to Fortune 500 companies in matters involving commercial disputes, securities, the Civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), insurance agreements and the Clean Air Act.
Handled technology transactions for one of the nation's leading financial institutions, including telecommunication outsourcing agreements, software license contracts, service agreements and marketing agreements.
