Mr. Zielke's practice focuses on a wide array of construction matters from drafting contracts, monitoring projects, advising construction clients on the litigation of construction disputes in court and before arbitration panels. Mr. Zielke is also highly experienced in complex business disputes and contract matters in a wide variety of industries, including business torts, sales commission disputes, franchise disputes and terminations, real estate litigation and claims under Michigan's Uniform Commercial Code. Also an accomplished appellate lawyer, Mr. Zielke has successfully represented clients in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the Michigan Supreme Court, and the Michigan Court of Appeals.
