Kevin Kraham represents management in labor and employment matters, including labor arbitrations and collective bargaining for air carriers under the Railway Labor Act, equal employment opportunity counseling, and employment litigation. Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, Kevin was an administrative judge for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), where he adjudicated employment discrimination claims brought by federal employees.
Kevin serves on the Board of Trustees of Two Rivers Public Charter School, an Expeditionary Learning Outward Bound public school in the District of Columbia. He also serves as a pro bono mediator for the Washington Field Office of the EEOC.
Kevin is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia and the District of Maryland.
