After beginning real estate coursework at Ohio University in 1988, all primary and related coursework were completed in spring, 1990. He began appraising real estate in Celina , Ohio in November, 1991. Initially, appraising properties in West Central Ohio. In 1993, Kevin moved to Columbus , Ohio , and formed Quantum Company Appraisals and Consulting, which services most of the Central Ohio region. For the past ten years, he has owned and managed a medium sized appraisal firm.
