Mr. Harris was appointed Chief Financial Officer in July 2003. Prior to joining I-many Mr. Harris was Division Controller of the Middleware Division at Hewlett-Packard and Corporate Controller at Bluestone Software. Earlier in his career he was Chief Financial Officer at a privately held consumer product goods marketing company. Mr. Harris holds a BS and MBA from Drexel University. |
