Kevin L. Golden is an associate in the Insurance Practice Group.
Kevin represents several major insurance and annuity companies in cases involving both transactional and litigation matters. His practice includes experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on litigation concerning annuities designed to fund structured settlements. Kevin’s cases have involved a range of litigation and insurance issues, including breach of contract, the defense of alleged failures or compromises of structured settlements and competing claims when annuities become subject to bankruptcy proceedings. Kevin has successfully appeared and argued motions in state and federal courts across the country, including California, Delaware, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.
In General. Kevin earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2004. He received his bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross in May 2001.
Kevin is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. |
