Kevin J. Kerr has served as Corporate Controller since August 2007. Mr. Kerr has over 28 years of experience including over 18 years in senior financial management positions. Most recently Mr. Kerr was Manager of Financial Reporting for Aircastle Limited a publicly traded commercial aircraft leasing company. Mr. Kerr also served as Controller for the Warwick Valley Telephone Company a publicly traded telecommunications company The Sillerman Companies privately held merchant banking operation that specialized in investments in the media and entertainment industries as well as Controller for Enterprise Media and Wesham Broadcasting two radio broadcasting companies. Mr. Kerr is a Certified Public Accountant who worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. |
