Kevin originates, negotiates, and structures traditional debt transactions secured by institutional quality income property. With an average annual production of over $100 million in the last five years, he has consistently been a top producer during his more than 13 years at the company. Kevin has shared his experiences by speaking at industry events such as the UCLA Real Estate Finance and Investment Conference, the Commercial Property News’ Annual Symposium, and the Crittenden’s yearly Meet The Lenders Conference. Prior to joining Johnson Capital, Kevin was with the Weyerhaeuser Company, where he handled the underwriting review of all permanent loan originations, packaging, securitization, and sale of loans in the secondary market. Kevin holds a B.A. in finance from California State University, Fresno. |
