Kevin McKay is an experienced General Counsel with an expertise in the areas of legal and compliance department management, regulatory compliance, securities regulation and litigation management. He served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Tucker Anthony Sutro from 1994-2002. Prior to that he was a senior attorney with Prudential Securities for 11 years, serving as General Counsel of that firm from 1990-1994. Kevin holds a B.S. from The University of Bridgeport and a J.D. from Fordham Law School. Kevin has been active throughout his career with various committees and divisions of The Security Industry Association and is a former President of the Compliance and Legal Division. |
