Mr. Halloran has 30 years of regulatory, quality, manufacturing, pharmaceutical development and analytical chemistry experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Previous to joining Aton, Mr. Halloran was the Vice President of Pharmaceutical Research and Development for DOV Pharmaceutical, Inc. where he oversaw the Product and Process Development, Contract Manufacturing, Regulatory CMC and Quality operations. Included in his accomplishments was the award of a key chemistry patent for a DOV lead research compound. Prior to DOV, he directed the commercial and research Regulatory CMC operations for Forest Laboratories and Knoll Pharmaceutical, where he played a key role in the approval of numerous new drug applications and important post-approval NDA supplements. While at Knoll, he was recipient of the Knoll Excellence Award for his work in facilitating the approval of a new drug marketing application in Australia. During his career, Mr. Halloran has also managed the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Analytical Chemistry functions in both research and commercial pharmaceutical operations. Mr. Halloran was recipient of the Pioneer in Laboratory Robotics Award at the 1991 International Symposium on Laboratory Automation and Robotics. Mr. Halloran holds a BS and MS in Chemistry from Seton Hall University and a MBA, with honors, from the Rutgers University Graduate School of Management. |
