Kevin is a partner in the business law department and focuses his practice on federal income tax aspects of complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, debt and equity restructuring, bankruptcy and executive compensation. He has significant experience representing private equity funds in the structuring of portfolio company acquisitions, add-on investments and divestitures, including debt and equity financings.
