Mr. Canning specializes in advising clients in the software, computer hardware, medical device and telecommunications fields. He provides counsel on patent preparation and prosecution matters and provides advice on patent disputes. He has extensive experience in providing formal opinions on patent matters and in developing patent portfolios. His clients include large multinational corporations as well as start-up companies. Kevin was named a Massachusetts SuperLawyer in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
