Mr. Burns provides the operations experience for EthoStream's sustained growth. Through management of the human resources and operations, Mr. Burns allows EthoStream to efficiently continue its rapid growth and continue strides in becoming the market leader for HSIA. Mr. Burns earned a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Prior to joining EthoStream, LLC in 2003, Mr. Burns spent twenty years in the banking industry, primarily in commercial lending. In that role, Mr. Burns interacted with principals of closely held businesses to help plan and strategize business structure, cash flow issues and debt/equity needs. Part of the service Mr. Burns provided his clients was networking and partnering with attorneys, accountants, investment bankers, and commercial brokers to assist customers in acquiring and disposing of assets, structuring transactions, and proper structuring of credit facilities. |
