Kevin Bollman’s background as a Certified Public Accountant and his prior real estate experience adds a unique diversity to Magellan’s real estate group. Kevin concentrates on investment sales, tenant representation and a variety of local corporations and private investors. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990 with a business degree in accounting, he became a Certified Public Accountant and joined the accounting firm of Ernst & Young where he remained for 11 years. His interest in real estate lead him to key clients including the Trammell Crow Company. He left Ernst & Young as a senior manager and soon began working at Trammell Crow where he was able to put his analytical skills to work assisting corporate clients to reposition their real estate costs s and refocusing on their core businesses. He was instrumental in growing the firm's Corporate Outsourcing Group and managed a large corporate account. Kevin was responsible for all aspects of leasing, property management, accounting and reporting. Kevin also serves as principal on a numerous multi-family, office and warehouse properties. Kevin and his wife Mary reside in Dallas with their son, George, and their infant daughter, Amelia. He is a member of the Preston Road Church of Christ.
