Kevin Kasper has over 30 years experience in advertising, marketing and corporate communications. Prior to joining NOVO 1 in September of 2000, Mr. Kasper enjoyed a fifteen year tenure with Fiserv, Inc., advancing from Consultant to Manager - Marketing Communications to Vice President - Corporate Communications. With Fiserv, Mr. Kasper helped transition the company through 92 acquisitions directing the planning and implementation of the marketing, sales and support initiatives of the company; including advertising, web presence, sales incentive program, public relations, and shareholder and employee communications.
Now in a similar capacity with NOVO 1, Mr. Kasper has directed the M&A communications through 15 acquisitions, including a major re-branding initiative to re-position the enterprise, as service dimensions evolved.
Mr. Kasper has also chalked up fifteen years in account services in the advertising and PR business, including an initial tenure with Hoffman - York, Inc. followed by 7 years as founder and head of his own firm. Mr. Kasper specialized in new product and service introductions. Client experience includes transitioning North Central Airlines into Republic Airlines, branding and launching 10 new products for Kimberly-Clark Corporation, the initial launch of Fiserv and brand marketing for leading Wisconsin companies such as Amity Leather Products, Milwaukee Valve, Regal Ware, Time Insurance and more.
