Mr. Holst is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and a member of the firm's Real Estate & Government Relations Groups. He concentrates on real estate land use and various issues related to government affairs. Mr. Holst’s experience includes representing clients in the mixed-use and master-planned resort communities. He has worked matters related to land use, zoning, community organization and governance, infrastructure development, and sales and marketing programs for residential projects. In addition, he counsels clients on the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of vacant lands, apartment complexes and office buildings. Mr. Holst also represents clients on matters involving election law, campaign finance, legislative drafting and legislative analysis. |
